Spring Theme Coaster Designing || MFT Floral Flowers

Hello Friends,

Today I'm here with a very fun project.. I really enjoyed making these.. I have always loved when I can create something different with my stamps.. Something that I can use on a regualar basis, something that will be always infront of me or my family members, and make me feel proud that I made it...

So I customized a set of Coasters that I got from Michaels. Its a set of 4 coasters, each measuring 4*4*0.375 inches.. And ohhh boy, They look pretty.. They look so so so damm pretty.. Let me share the pictures and you can decide on your own..

Aren't they Beautiful.?? Makes me feel, Spring is already here..
And this is just a start. I'm gonna make a lot of these in future..

So I started with coloring the edges of the coasters using Dylusion Pomegranate Seed Paint.. Once done with the edges I let the paint dry..
After the paint dried, I used Archival Black Ink to stamp the Images from MFT Fancy Flower Stamp set.... I used making technique to mask off my flowers to create a pretty floral design all over my coasters..

Then I masked off all the deisgn to ink up my background using Mustard Seed and Wild Honey Distress Inks..
Adding color to the background, add more depth to the whole design and makes the flowers pop-out more.

Once I was happy with the background, I pulled off all the masks and used Prisma Color Pencils to color the Images..
The colors that I used in particular were - PC 911, PC 912, PC 913, PC 929, PC 918, PC 956, PC 994, PC 995, PC1002, PC 1003

To finish off, I used Distress Micro Glaze to add as a protective sealer for all my coasters..
Now the coasters the ready to use..

Wow.. I just love them.. Its a perfect little something to gift your favorite friend and make their day just as colorful as these coasters..

Make it any theme you want.. Spring, Christmas, Birthday or a just simple Hello or Coffee theme, completely depends on you and your creativity.. Just make some.. Have fun and enjoy the process..

I also have a video tutorial for you guys to see the full process in details.. watch below or click HERE to watch on YouTube.

Hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial..

Fall Theme Coasters - Simon Says Stamp Fractile Leaves

Hello Crafty friends,

Today I'm here sharing a fun fall theme coaster tutorial.. I love creating coasters this time of the year, these make perfect gifts, that people can use all round the year and remember you every time they use it..

I thought of creating a fall theme coaster, as I love all the fall colors and I just make everything colorful. And for this I chose to use the Simon Says Stamp Fractile Leaves.
Well, you can pretty much use any stamp and create any theme coasters, just pick up a stamp set you have and stamp it using Archival Black Ink from Rangers, and you are good to go..

I chose to just stamp and color one corner of the coasters, I like to keep it simple, and also like the natural coaster color to show..

I use PrismaColor Pencils to color the leaves here.. All shades of green, yellow, red and orange..
The colors I used are as follows -  Green - PC 911, PC 912, PC 913 Yellow- PC 1003, PC 1034, PC 916 Oranges - PC 918, PC 921 Red - PC 922, PC 924
