Elegant Embellishments June GDT kit projects | 2nd video

Hello friends,

Welcome to the second and last video, where I share projects made using the June GDT kit from Elegant Embellishments..
It was so much fun to using these kits and I made some really awesome projects.. I loved that with these kits you can create variety of projects, either use them for making jewelry, danglers or on card, mixed media, album etc..

And today's project is really close to my heart.. I loved all the 3 projects that I made, doesn;t mean I do not like the other projects I create, but these are just precious.. (You know what I mean)...

So lets start with this very beautiful NOTEBOOK I created from scratch.. Its a three fold notebook that measures 5by3.5by1.75 inches
The front of the notebook is decorated using MFT stamps, dies and stencil..
And the dangler is created using the Unicorn Charm kit and Shaker charm kit from Elegant Embellishments. I am in love with this notebook..

For creating my dangler, which also acts as closure for this notebook, I used lamost all the charms in the unicorn charm kit..
I started using a silver chain and added lobster clasp on one end and on the other end I added all the charms using jump rings..

I used 3 unicorns - 2 small and 1 large, charm to make this dangler.. I also used the shaker charms and the rainbow charms to make the whole dangler..

When you open one flap of the notebook, you will find a shaker surprise to which I added a Unicorn charm as shaker material along with other sequins and confetti..
And on the outside of the shaker, I added this Unicorn charm in rainbow color using some strong liquid glue, as I felt this area looked a little empty...

And the inside has 2 removable notebooks that I created using copy papers.. These notebooks are just hanging there by some paper enclosures, which can be easily removed once the notebooks are filled..

I love how beautifully the Unicorn Charm kit fits in place for this notebook..

P.S - This notebook is not my original idea, its from some other artist, but I did make few changes to make it a little personalized..

I also created this elegant bracelet using the silver charms from Unicorn Charm Kit and one of the multi colored shaker charm from Shaker Charm kit.. I love the simple and elegant look of this bracelet.. I could have added beads to it, but I chose not keeping all the focus of the charms and kept it simple and that's its beauty..

Last I created this very classic pair of earring, in white and gold combo, a very classic color combination.. You can not see the loop of the shaker charm as I chopped it out and added bead caps using some glue.. And this is not my original idea.. Its from one of our DT members, Tammy Sims.. She created this beautiful stick pins using these charm and I just used her idea to create this beautiful pair of earring..

Fall Theme Coasters - Simon Says Stamp Fractile Leaves

Hello Crafty friends,

Today I'm here sharing a fun fall theme coaster tutorial.. I love creating coasters this time of the year, these make perfect gifts, that people can use all round the year and remember you every time they use it..

I thought of creating a fall theme coaster, as I love all the fall colors and I just make everything colorful. And for this I chose to use the Simon Says Stamp Fractile Leaves.
Well, you can pretty much use any stamp and create any theme coasters, just pick up a stamp set you have and stamp it using Archival Black Ink from Rangers, and you are good to go..

I chose to just stamp and color one corner of the coasters, I like to keep it simple, and also like the natural coaster color to show..

I use PrismaColor Pencils to color the leaves here.. All shades of green, yellow, red and orange..
The colors I used are as follows -  Green - PC 911, PC 912, PC 913 Yellow- PC 1003, PC 1034, PC 916 Oranges - PC 918, PC 921 Red - PC 922, PC 924

Now watch the tu…
