Spring Theme Coaster Designing || MFT Floral Flowers

Hello Friends,

Today I'm here with a very fun project.. I really enjoyed making these.. I have always loved when I can create something different with my stamps.. Something that I can use on a regualar basis, something that will be always infront of me or my family members, and make me feel proud that I made it...

So I customized a set of Coasters that I got from Michaels. Its a set of 4 coasters, each measuring 4*4*0.375 inches.. And ohhh boy, They look pretty.. They look so so so damm pretty.. Let me share the pictures and you can decide on your own..

Aren't they Beautiful.?? Makes me feel, Spring is already here..
And this is just a start. I'm gonna make a lot of these in future..

So I started with coloring the edges of the coasters using Dylusion Pomegranate Seed Paint.. Once done with the edges I let the paint dry..
After the paint dried, I used Archival Black Ink to stamp the Images from MFT Fancy Flower Stamp set.... I used making technique to mask off my flowers to create a pretty floral design all over my coasters..

Then I masked off all the deisgn to ink up my background using Mustard Seed and Wild Honey Distress Inks..
Adding color to the background, add more depth to the whole design and makes the flowers pop-out more.

Once I was happy with the background, I pulled off all the masks and used Prisma Color Pencils to color the Images..
The colors that I used in particular were - PC 911, PC 912, PC 913, PC 929, PC 918, PC 956, PC 994, PC 995, PC1002, PC 1003

To finish off, I used Distress Micro Glaze to add as a protective sealer for all my coasters..
Now the coasters the ready to use..

Wow.. I just love them.. Its a perfect little something to gift your favorite friend and make their day just as colorful as these coasters..

Make it any theme you want.. Spring, Christmas, Birthday or a just simple Hello or Coffee theme, completely depends on you and your creativity.. Just make some.. Have fun and enjoy the process..

I also have a video tutorial for you guys to see the full process in details.. watch below or click HERE to watch on YouTube.

Valentine's Day Card | Simon Says Stamp | DT Post for TTPH

Hello Friends,

Today I'm here with a Valentine's Day Theme Card.. Its a beautiful card with all valentine's color - Reds and pinks..
And I'm using this card for my DT post at TTPH BLOG for Challenge #118 Valentine/Love..

For this card I used Simon Says Stamp Drawn Hearts Background and used Distress Resist technique to create the beautiful background. For Distress resist, You need to ink the background with Clear Embossing Ink and let the ink dry and then ink the background using Abandoned Coral, Picked Raspberry and Festive Berries Distress Ink Pads..

Then I used Die cutting In-Lay technique, with Sketch Hearts from Simon Says Stamp. I also inked a white cardstock using Festive Berries ink pad to match my die cuts with my background.
Now with the help of ATG tool I assembled my card and for the sentiment I used the sticker from Crate Paper and my sentiment says - "HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY LOVE"

Then I finished up the card using some Pretty Posh Clear Sequins in 4mm..
