Featuring Big Happy Diwali Sentiment

Welcome back to the Crescent Creation Blog! Today Heather is here and I am ready to show you a quick Happy Diwali card from the September release!
This year Diwali will start on November 4, 2021. Diwali is a five day festival of lights! It is a festival of new beginnings, the triumph of good over evil, and light over darkness!
To make my card I printed out the digital stamp, Big Happy Diwali Sentiment and Happy Diwali digital stamp. I centered the big Diwali sentiment and used a 3.75″ x 5″ stitched frame. I then cut out the lamp from Happy Diwali digital stamp set and placed foam tape underneath to give it dimension and placed it on the top right. Diwali has very bright colors so I used a 4 x 5.25 stitched frame for the yellow and a standard A2 for the bright fuchsia! I finished by coloring in the lamps and flowers within the sentiment!
Crescent Creation’s September release has six digital stamp sets that are all white/opaque inside and a clear/transparent outside, so they are very easy to layer to create scenes for your projects!
