Hello everyone

Welcome to the Doodlebug Design Christmas Hop organized by Teresa Russell. We just wanted to bring some fun Christmas inspirations for you using Doodlebug products. And for my projects today I decided to use the only Christmas stamp set I have from Doodlebug Night Before Christmas.

Our sponsor today is “Fresh and Renewed with Teresa”. In order to be eligible to win the prize you must comment on every stop in the hop (hop list is at the bottom of the post). You have until December 18th to comment.

I love the images in this stamp set, and I am so glad I had this stamp set in my stash, so I could join this hop and bring you some inspirations. So without wasting more time let me first share what I created using this Night Before Christmas stamp set.

I created 4 projects for you using the Night Before Christmas stamp set and Lawn Fawn Snow Globe Magic Iris Add-On Die. I didn’t use the die as intended, with its magic iris interactive element but I used it in a completely different way and I’m so happy how it turned out.

I created 2 easel cards using these 2 products, out of which one is shaker easel card and I also created 2 tags/ornaments to go with the easel cards, again one of the tags/ornaments is a shaker. I cannot hold my excitement any longer so let me share the pictures with you.

Here is my shaker easel card, I just love how this turned out and it was so easy top create.
I did some partial die cutting using my Lawn Fawn Snow Globe Magic Iris Add-On Die to create my card base in snowglobe shape and then scored the top fold of my card base from bottom for creating the easel.

For the front of my card I diecut the snowglabe using blue color cardstock and added some distress oxide ink color in black Soot color to get that gradient in the front. Created the shaker using clear sheets and foam tape and one more snowglobe diecut. For the shaker material I used the Crescent Creation’s Snowflake Mix Clay bits – White n Blue mix.. Once My shaker was ready I glued this whole shaker part to my card base by adding glue to just the bootom of the card base, thus creating the easel.

Here is how the inside of the card looks. I added the Holidays Sentiment to the inside of the card to make sure my easel has a stopper so it could stand easily.
Here is another look at this gorgeous easel card..
This here is another easel card I made, which is simple easel card with no shaker. I wanted to show both variations so you can decided which one you want to create yourself.
Here is the easel view of this card..
And here is how the inside of this card looks..
And here is one of the two tags/ornament I created. This one again is the shaker tag/ornament and the bottom one is a simple one. Again I wanted to show both variations here. I used Crescent Creation Merry Christmas Claybits for the shaker elements in this tags/ornament..

Now go ahead and checkout the video tutorial on my channel, I’m sure you will not be disappointed. Watch the video below or click here to watch on Youtube.
